Cheap place to stay but better options elsewhere
Location.
Toilet seat did not fit toilet. Had to pay in cash at hotel even though I booked through the booking.com. Also given a bad exchange rate.

You will feel the party inside your room
.Room is big .Good Wi-Fi .Air conditioning .it is a beautiful place
.super noisy with all the clubs around which stay late night even not on weekends (Toilet window doesn’t have glass and the door has crack so with super loud music, can’t sleep . The address in booking.com is for the main hotel or maybe reception , the rooms are 3 mins walk from the address.

good location but kept me up all night
if you are looking for a place in the middle of the busy area of downtown playa del Carmen then this is for you. but it is super loud and you are surrounded by music it is difficult to sleep

Right by the beach at a great price, room had a fridge, good shower, and there was also a small pool
Overall it was a good value for the price.
